37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’38 This is the first and greatest commandment.39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”
FAQ's
What is the goal of the CCC?
The goal of the CCC is to empower you, the church, to find and meet needs around you!
Who is eligible to receive financial aid?
You, an individual, or organization that has been significantly impacted by COVID-19 is eligible to receive financial aid.
Examples: people who have lost their jobs, organizations making face masks.
The elders will follow up with you about pickup or delivery.
Is there any other way to help my community?
As of now, we have mainly done financial aid and masks donations, but if you have any other ideas please contact us. We want to work with you!
Originally, we did not set out to distribute masks. All of it came from the idea of one person who decided to donate masks, and now we have donated over 2,500 masks to people in need.
Don't know what to say? Here is an example letter you can send to your neighbors about face masks.
Hi neighbors! We hope you’re doing well and staying healthy. We want to let you know that our church is giving out face masks (not N95) and want to see if you could use some. Many counties in the Bay Area now require that everyone wear masks in public spaces, so please send us an email or text if you are in need of masks!
