OUR HEARTHome · Hospital · Holy
We exist to be a home for the presence of the Lord, a hospital for sinners, and a holy people set apart for the Lord.

OUR MISSIONUpward · Inward · Outward
Our mission follows three movements:
Upward to Behold Christ, Inward to Become Like Him, Outward to Embody the Gospel. |
Upward | Behold ChristWorship, prayer, study, abiding, beholding. Life with God is essential to our life as a church. “And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image” (2 Corinthians 3:18). Jesus said, “Abide in me, and I in you” (John 15:4). Our upward call is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength (Mark 12:30).
|
Inward | Become like HimAs we behold Christ, we become like Him. Spiritual formation is a pillar of our church’s mission. “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind” (Romans 12:2). Christ is formed in us (Galatians 4:19) and we are “conformed to the image of his Son” (Romans 8:29). The inward journey of discipleship is how we become holy as He is holy (1 Peter 1:15–16).
|
Outward | Embody the GospelSpiritual formation is for the sake of others. We live on mission as ambassadors for Christ, embodying the gospel. “As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you” (John 20:21). “We are ambassadors for Christ, God making his appeal through us” (2 Corinthians 5:20). Jesus calls us to be “the light of the world” (Matthew 5:14–16), living in love as He loved us (Ephesians 5:1–2).
